Central States' Automated Order Entry system, OTTO2, is available FREE to all of our customers. This easy-to-use computerized ordering system allows you to create and submit orders to Central States using minimal information. Steel quotes can be generated in seconds and saved for future orders.

OTTO2 is an upgrade since the original introduction of OTTO. Many improvements have been made to this automated order entry system, based on customer feedback. The customer-friendly system has drop-down menus that walk you through the entire ordering process. Product codes and other applicable information is filled in automatically.

The system quickly and easily updates pricing and product codes so that you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips. We also have a friendly IT department on staff that is able to answer any technical questions or problems you may have.
