CUSTOM COLOR CHART ORDER FORM

Please follow these guidelines when ordering personlized color charts.

• Follow SAL-SOP-091 before submitting an order.
• Must be in good standing with A/R.
• Must be a loyal Central States customer.
• Personalized Color Charts must provide a sales advantage to the business.

You may order color charts at any time during the year.  We process them at the end of each quarter. This means that on the first of January, April, July and October,we will gather all the custom color chart orders and produce them with a 5-week lead-time.

1. SELECT YOUR CHARTS – Choose the type and quantity you want below.

2. PERSONALIZE – Upload the customers logo and contact information.

3. SHIPPING INFORMATION – Let us know where you want them shipped.

4. WAIT FOR DELIVERY
