To properly process a claim we must validate that the material was manufactured from Central States and validate that the problem is an issue we would cover. Once we have determined these two items, we will either process or reject the claim. If we cannot determine that we manufactured the material, we will not process a claim. If we determine it is our material but the issue is not covered under the warranty we will not process the claim. In either instance we will contact you to let you know the outcome.
